Copps Grocery Bagger Highlighted: Wonderful Example of a Successful Life with Downs Syndrome
The Post-Crescent ran a feature story on a well-known Appleton man who has touched the lives of many of us for years. Eric Edwards has been a bagger at Copps grocery story in southeast Appleton for 17 years. He has Downs syndrome, but that hasn't held him back. He's witty, kind, hard-working, and always cheerful. One of the best people you'll ever meet, and a great reason to shop at Copps!
